This new version, now available, is designed to help organizations act with greater speed and intelligence while providing the highest levels of security. You can find a full list of features for z/OS V2.2.

As we announce the new OS Maria Boonie provides her “Top Five Reasons for Upgrading.” Read how it's built for mobile and the other four reasons on the IBM Systems Magazine website in "IBM Unveils New OS for the Digital Economy."
