Applications are now being accepted for the 2016 IBM Destination z Enterprise Computing Scholarship.
Students who attend U.S. post-secondary schools that are members of both the Academic Initiative z Systems and Destination z are eligible to apply. Email firstname.lastname@example.org

Applicants must demonstrate excellence in their enterprise computing coursework and have plans for continued growth on the mainframe platform in their academic and professional careers. Applications are due by Jan. 30, 2017, with winners announced in early March 2017.
A committee of IBM Academic Initiative team members and representatives of the companies that sponsored the scholarship judge applications. The highest-scoring student will receive the Greg Zaubi Memorial Scholarship, named after the Marist College systems programmer who spent the latter part of his career connecting thousands of students and professors worldwide to the z Systems platform through the mainframe Knowledge Center hub he administered for years in partnership with the IBM Academic Initiative z Systems.
In 2015, Jenna Shae-Banks of Marist College was awarded the Greg Zaubi Memorial Scholarship
, totaling $1,000. A total of 10 students were awarded scholarships of varying amounts.
